Product Description

Our stroke adjustable reciprocating coal feeder is designed for quantitative and uniform feeding of raw coal in mining and coal washing industries. It is commonly arranged under coal bunkers, working together with belt conveyors and jaw crushers. When the trough moves forward, materials slide forward with the trough; when moving backward, materials stay still to complete intermittent and stable discharging. This feeding method avoids sudden large material flow, which is ideal for stable operation of coal preparation and screening processes.

The feeder adopts heavy-duty crank connecting rod transmission assembly, strong impact resistance. The stroke can be adjusted manually without stopping the machine, so users can modify feeding output on site. The sealed structure reduces coal dust overflow and improves on-site environmental conditions. The wearing parts are easy to disassemble and replace. It supports horizontal or slightly inclined installation and can work continuously for 24 hours.

This reciprocating coal feeder features reliable feeding control and strong material adaptability for raw coal. Adjustable feeding output makes it suitable for variable production schedules in coal preparation plants. Low vibration operation reduces impact on supporting frames and silo structures. It has low power consumption and saves running cost for long-term continuous production. Compact structure saves installation space and can be quickly integrated into existing coal handling systems.
