This DJ large inclination belt conveyor is a steep-angle bulk lifting conveyor equipped with polyethylene pipe components. Adopting corrugated sidewall and cross cleat belt structure, it can lift materials at a large inclination angle, and the matched polyethylene pipes are used for diversion, dust containment or material guiding. It realizes continuous vertical and inclined lifting of powder, granular and small lump bulk materials, widely used in mines, building materials, chemical industry and solid waste treatment production lines.
It uses DJ standard large inclination conveyor structure with corrugated sidewall belt. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant polyethylene pipes are configured for material guiding and sealed diversion. It can realize steep-angle conveying up to 90° vertical lifting. Cleat partition design prevents material sliding and backflow. Frequency speed regulation is optional to adjust throughput. The pipe assembly can be disassembled and replaced conveniently.
