This large angle corrugated sidewall belt conveyor is designed for steep-angle bulk material conveying. It uses a corrugated sidewall belt with transverse cleats to prevent material sliding and backflow, realizing vertical and steep inclined lifting without transfer points. It is widely used for sand, gravel, coal, ore and granular bulk materials in mining, quarry, construction and chemical industries.
It can realize conveying angle up to 90 degrees. Integrated corrugated sidewall and cross cleats avoid material slipping. No intermediate transfer equipment required. Custom belt width and height of sidewall are available. It can be equipped with frequency speed control for adjustable throughput. Compact structure saves plant floor space.
