Our vibration reduced low noise bucket elevator is developed for indoor continuous processing workshops that require low noise and stable long-running performance. It optimizes the clearance fit of transmission parts and adds multi-stage vibration damping structure, avoiding the sharp collision and rattling noise common in ordinary bucket elevators. Materials are picked up at the bottom inlet and vertically transported to the upper process through circulating buckets. It can run nonstop for shifts and connect upstream and downstream equipment in automatic batching, packaging and raw material processing lines, creating a quieter working space for on-site operators. It uses dynamically balanced driving wheel and tension wheel to eliminate unbalanced vibration. Silent buffer strips are arranged where buckets contact the casing to avoid metal collision. The motor and reducer are equipped with shock-absorbing bases. Optional sound insulation cover can further reduce noise emission. The tensioning device is easy to adjust to prevent slipping and abnormal noise during operation. Inspection hatches are reserved for convenient routine check and cleaning without dismantling large components.
