Our heavy duty chain scraper conveyor is designed to handle heavy, sharp lump bulk materials in mining industry. Driven by sturdy traction chains, it pushes materials forward inside the enclosed trough, avoiding material scattering during transportation. It adapts to high-dust, high-impact mine working environments and connects different processing sections of mineral production lines efficiently.
It uses heat-treated traction chains with high tensile strength. The replaceable wear liners extend the service life of the trough. The whole machine has anti-blocking design at the feed and discharge ports. It can run continuously 24 hours and has overload protection to prevent chain breakage caused by overfeeding.
