This industrial double shaft shredder with replaceable blades is specially designed for scrap metal shredding and size reduction in recycling lines. Adopting low-speed high torque shearing principle, it can process steel scrap, aluminum scrap, copper scrap and waste metal cans steadily. It can be matched with feeding hoppers, belt conveyors and magnetic separators to realize continuous metal shredding, suitable for scrap yards and metal recycling plants.
This shredder is equipped with high-hardness replaceable alloy blades and heavy-duty twin rotors. It supports frequency speed regulation and automatic reverse rotation to prevent jamming. The thickened welded cabinet has strong impact resistance, and the sealed drive box reduces dust leakage. Blade clearance can be adjusted flexibly to get different discharge particle sizes.
