This steep incline corrugated sidewall belt conveyor is a specialized bulk lifting machine adopting DJ series structure. The corrugated sidewalls and transverse cleats form independent material compartments on the belt, which can lift powder, granular and small lump materials at a large inclination angle without material sliding or spilling. It eliminates the need for multiple-stage transfer equipment, greatly reducing the occupied area of the conveying line. It is widely applied in mining, building materials, chemical industry, sludge drying and solid waste treatment projects where workshop space is limited.
It is equipped with integrally vulcanized corrugated sidewall and cross cleats. It supports steep-angle conveying, even near-vertical lifting. Compact frame layout saves workshop floor space. Belt specifications, lifting height and conveying length can be customized according to site conditions. Anti-deviation roller sets are installed on both sides of the belt. Variable frequency speed regulation and safety emergency stop devices are optional.
