This wear resistant large angle belt conveyor is a DJ type corrugated sidewall steep lifting conveyor designed for continuous bulk material elevation. Equipped with high abrasion-resistant cleated rubber belt, it can convey granular, powdery and small lump materials at a steep inclination without sliding or spilling. It is widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry and sludge treatment lines, especially suitable for long-time transportation of abrasive raw materials that easily wear ordinary conveyor belts.
It adopts integrated vulcanized corrugated sidewall and transverse cleat structure. The heavy wear-resistant rubber belt resists friction from gritty bulk materials. It supports adjustable large conveying angle for space-saving installation. Anti-deviation roller sets are fitted on both sides of the belt. Frequency speed regulation is optional to control material throughput. Overload protection and emergency stop switches are equipped for operation safety.
