This low maintenance chevron cleat belt conveyor is designed for transporting wet, sticky bulk materials. The belt is molded with integrated chevron pattern cleats to stop wet materials from sliding backward on inclined sections. It greatly reduces blockages and material fallback issues common with ordinary flat belts. Widely used in sand washing plants, sludge treatment, aggregate processing and mineral separation lines where wet ore, muddy sand and damp granular materials need continuous lifting.
It adopts one-piece molded chevron cleat rubber belt without easy-loose welded cleats. Optimized roller layout reduces belt friction and material sticking. The heavy-duty welded frame has few vulnerable parts and simplifies routine inspection. It supports adjustable inclination angle for wet material elevation. Optional side skirt plates avoid side spilling of damp slurry-like materials. Overload protection is equipped to protect the drive assembly.
