This MS400 en masse scraper conveyor is a heavy-duty inclined bulk conveying unit with a total length of 29.2 m and a fixed 45° lifting angle. It adopts a fully enclosed trough structure and high-strength scraper chain to drag granular, powdery and small-lump materials upward. The bottom plate is equipped with thickened wear-resistant liner to withstand long-term friction from abrasive raw materials. It is widely used in mining, building materials and cement industries for inclined feeding when vertical bucket elevators cannot match the site layout.
It is designed for stable 45° inclined conveying with anti-backflow baffle inside the trough to prevent material sliding down. The wear-resistant bottom plate greatly reduces abrasion caused by mineral and clinker materials. Fully enclosed trough contains dust and avoids material spillage. High tensile heat-treated scraper chain provides enough traction for steep-angle lifting. Screw tensioning mechanism keeps chain tension consistent during continuous operation.
