The QSG air cushion conveyor is an air-supported belt conveyor that replaces traditional roller supports with an air chamber. It is fitted with an 800mm wide rough top PVC belt and supports motor power options ranging from 0.75 kW to 15 kW. Compressed air forms a uniform air film under the belt to reduce friction, enabling stable, low-noise material transportation. It is widely used for conveying granular, powdery and small bulk materials in grain processing, packaging workshops, chemical and light industry production lines.
It adopts QSG air cushion structure without idler rollers. The 800mm rough top PVC belt provides anti-slip performance for inclined conveying. Drive motor power covers 0.75–15 kW for different load requirements. Uniform air chamber air supply keeps the belt suspended evenly. Low friction reduces energy consumption and belt wear. Frequency speed control is optional for adjustable conveying speed.
